Please allow at least 5 business days' notice for basic cakes with inscriptions or printed images. More complex cakes such as 3D designs, figurines, cut-out shapes, tiered styles, specialty flavors, etc. will require two weeks notice.

We must be notified of cancellations four days prior to pick up or delivery. There is a minimum 20% fee for all order cancellations. There is a no return policy on custom orders.

Please be aware heavily dyed buttercream frosted cakes will stain mouths, teeth and clothes. To avoid this, we recommend lighter colors for buttercream or upgrading to fondant frosting.
